Antiques Road Show 3000 AD
In a 3000 AD “Antiques Roadshow” episode, works from this time in Lia’s life might be described as being from her “H” period, or her Expressionless Face period.
A few months ago, Lia was sick, and as always seems to be the case when she is sick, she reached a learning milestone. She drew two parallel lines intersected in the middle by a third, perpendicular line. Ever since that day, she marks everything with an H – chairs, tables, suit cases, books, anything vaguely resembling paper she can find. She has drawn other “letters” before, but none so consistently. Soon after that, she started drawing two circles next to each other with a straight horizontal line underneath. The “face” is neither happy nor sad. Well, she says it’s a face and who are we to argue?
